Our Classes
At Lewis' Taekwondo we not only teach self-defense, we build character through inner-strength, courage, discipline, and respect. Classes for ages 4 & up held in Morehead City, Beaufort, & Otway.
Lil' Dragon Classes
Specially designed for ages 4 - 6. Children learn the basics of Taekwondo, improve motor skills, focus, follow directions, & have fun!
Teen Classes
Teens develop discipline, self-control, mental focus, & the self-confidence necessary to achieve success in school & in everyday situations.
